A: Frank V Limousine Service monitors flight arrival times and delays to ensure we are there to meet you upon your arrival.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Currently, we accept American Express, MasterCard and VISA.
Q: What is your policy regarding cancellations?
A: Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of services you have reserved. Specifics regarding cancellations will be provided upon securing your reservation.

Q: Can I pay for my limo by cash instead of incurring a charge on the credit card I used when I booked my reservation?
A: Yes, we accept cash payments.
Q: What if I need to change or cancel your services? Can I simply take care of that with the chauffeur?
A: Cancellations and all changes must be made by contacting our reservations / dispatcher by calling (201) 488-9100.
Q: What if I need a limo longer than I originally reserved it?
A: Additional time over and above the amount of time you reserved your limo will be charged in half hour or full hour increments depending on occasion and type of vehicle.
